Our check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 hrs. Any early check-in and late check-out will be subjected to availability and charged as per the hotel policy.
Check-out time is 12 Noon. Should the guest fail to check out without approval, the Management is authorized to charge a half day rate until 1700 hrs and a full day rate thereafter.
In case of early departure guest will be charged one night room charges as an early departure charges.
Room will be held on confirmed basis subject to guarantee either by the company in writing or by credit card details.
All non-guaranteed reservations will be released by 18:00 hrs on the date of arrival.
Applicable GST for Room rate per night per room <= INR 7499 is 5% & ≥ INR 7500 is 18%.
The hotel requires at least 24 hours prior notice to cancel the reservation. Any cancellation received after this will be Subject to one room night charges.
In case of advance purchase bookings, full deposit is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
The rate on the registration card is per night, inclusive of applicable Taxes.
